Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Personal Assistance:
- Provide support to executives in personal matters, including travel arrangements, reservations, and errands.
- Assist in managing personal calendars, ensuring a balance between professional and personal commitments.
- Act as a point of contact for personal matters, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Assist in handling basic financial and accounting tasks.
Communication and Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative or personal assistant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Google Suite).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
