Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Personal Assistance:

  • Provide support to executives in personal matters, including travel arrangements, reservations, and errands.
  • Assist in managing personal calendars, ensuring a balance between professional and personal commitments.
  • Act as a point of contact for personal matters, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Office Management:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Assist in handling basic financial and accounting tasks.

Communication and Liaison:

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative or personal assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Google Suite).
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education and Experience:
