Department Overview:
The RBS- Liability and Accounts Unit operates under Retail Banking, serving both Emirates NBD and new bank clients in the UAE. Our main goal is to expand our market footprint in the Liability Business, aligning with the Group’s broad business vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Product Development:
– Spearhead the growth of fixed deposits and the CASA base for the Retail bank.
– Present a competitive payroll proposition to corporates using top-tier liability product offerings.
Sales and Relationship Management:
– Design cohesive sales strategies for both Personal and Priority Banking sectors, emphasizing payroll sourcing, service delivery, and managing relationships.
– Augment the profitability of the unit by cross-selling other retail banking products, including credit cards, Bancassurance, and overdrafts.
Market Expansion:
– Drive the market growth of all retail banking products.
– Concentrate on high-net-worth clients within the PRB segments.
Sales Results and Consistency:
– Achieve sales targets for Fixed Deposits, CASA balances, and accounts from both salaried and non-salaried sources.
– Maintain a consistent business acquisition rate and approval percentages from identified business sources.
Compliance and Policies:
– Adhere strictly to approved policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of both the organization and its clients.
– Collaborate with branches to formulate adaptable sales strategies based on location.
Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction:
– Implement a focused approach to business sourcing.
– Regularly monitor client satisfaction and service quality, ensuring that client needs are met and often surpassed.
Professional Advisory Role:
– Offer expert and professional advice on products and services to clients.
– Generate business leads for other units, ensuring all potential business avenues are explored.
