Job Purpose:
Financial Operations Manager: Oversee the team, distribute tasks, and check on daily tasks like claims, processes, complaints, and chargebacks.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Oversee team and task distribution.
2. Handle relationships with the bank, related groups, and team members.
3. Responsible for talking with shop owners and the central bank about reports.
4. Make sure paying merchants is the most important daily goal.
5. Review the work of all teams regularly.
6. Fix issues with daily payments and big problems with merchants.
Needed Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years in a finance or data job.
2. Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance.
3. Experience in financial tech jobs at banks.
4. Good with Reconciliation, Revenue Accounting, and financial software.
5. Great computer and English skills.
